I too had difficulty shifting from 1-2 clutchlessly and ended in false neutral, but later as i got used to it, clutchless shifts were possible and incredibly smooth too. You wont even know its shifting but still it has a mechanical feel which is really pleasant
Hi. I own the Interceptor 650. I was facing lot of wind blast at speeds above 80kph. I’m 6 feet tall. After installing the carbon racing windshield the wind blast is reduced. I’ve also used pivoted (Carbon racing)handlebar risers to bring the handlebar towards the rider. But is there a better alternative to this visor ? Should l go back to the RE stock windshield so that the appearance of the bike is not compromised? Please lemme know your opinion

@Akhil KK the GT will make your wrist ache bro. i rode it and hated it because the seat was like stone my butt began to ache in just a 30min ride and the wrists began to ache due to the riding posture all my weight gets transferred onto my wrist. its good on the curves but never for long rides. city duties it may do well but the interceptor is the best for long rides or tours
Sound really on an RE u r talking about sound just use the aftermarket exhausts(e.g Barrel Cannon Exhaust or Screaming Eagle maybe ) used in bullets u ll get the sound
For some reason I would buy gt than interceptor its naked retro street and gt looks more elegant but the bike sound like total silence I don't know if aftermarket will do the trick or not but would love to hear the growl.
Pillion wud feel comfortable? Seriously? Have u been on that pillion seat? It will ba a nightmare for the pillions with those oddly placed rear foot pegs. And another major disadvantage is the absence of backrest.

Do not jump and buy a newly launched RE. Himalayan was also great when launched(esp media bikes used for reviews) and later it turned out to be a mess. You have to wait for atleast 6 months to see this bike's issue. But dude if Duke 390 is on your list and refinement isn't your priority then definitely buy the Duke 390. It's engine is tested and SVC's are amazing compared to RE.
bro duke 390 is an amazing machine but it needs lot of maintanence being a duke 200 owner.i think this one doesnt need that much of maintanence. milage definetly duke will give u more and duke is fun riding it

RE puts out 7 bhp more than duke 390 and its a twin so more powerful and considerably smoother. Very different types of bikes though

This or Duke 390? I can't make a decision between the Continental GT and the Duke 390. Of course this and the Conti GT are essentially the same bike.
