There are too many benefits, It’s impossible for me to go through the affirmations and organize a list of benefits, so we’ll look through all the affirmations together, I’ll be holding your hand through it all if you will. I have written them in a repetitive order, so the way the affirmations go is kind of random which is the plan since I rewrite them again a few lines down all throughout the affirmation list to repeat them even more. I don’t know if this was understandable, just keep in mind that affirmations are repeated from start to finish hence why they seem to be all over the place, not just once but multiple times. I have done this on purpose.

This will make you constantly outdo your own self in terms of beauty, like you will KEEP getting prettier nonstop, you cannot peak, your beauty will keep enhancing no matter what you do. Your face will keep getting prettier, it won’t ever stop, I have added affirmations for you to be too pretty for the human race. You will be mathematically perfect, your face will be perfectly structured and incredibly symmetrical. Affirmations were included for you to have a symmetrical and perfect face. This includes affirmations for perfect skin :

The affirmations for the skin benefits were written in the order I just listed, affirmations were repeated countless time, I could not give you an exact number as I completely lost count; this goes for every single benefit. Perfect hearing and 20/20 vision, both were requested last minute but I made sure to include them, this is only the first part of the audio but as I said previously, I repeat the affirmations for each benefit from start to finish, so they’re included pretty early into the audio as well. I’m trying to tell you what’s included in order, I have added affirmations such as “I’m so pretty/perfect/beautiful” which, I’m not sure what category they fall into, but they’re pretty recurring during the entire subliminal. I have added affirmations for people to tell you that you do have clear skin, hardening your assumption into fact as you keep listening; people will tell you exactly what you want to hear. I have added affirmations for people to compliment you, I might’ve went overboard with that one since the affirmations are pretty simple, so expect that to happen. I have added affirmations for perfect/white/aligned/straight teeth, I made sure to include affirmations for a perfect bite as well. No need for the nerdy scientific writing that your conscious mind can’t even grasp, most of you aren’t dentists I assume, perfect bite will do. Then it’s just more repetition, like what I just shared with you, after that we have the self concept affirmations; you will absolutely love living your life, like you will enjoy every single day as if it’s your last. I have included self love affirmations but those come up like every two seconds, I was serious about the repetition. I have included affirmations that support the fact that you always get results from subliminals, you can easily change your face and body with them, you can change your life with them, you can manifest anything, you can manifest easily. Next we have the confidence and happiness affirmations, you will feel really good, like you will notice a clear change. I do understand that for most, it’s easy to find comfort in misery, but this will change for you, keep in mind that change is rooted in discomfort; you’ll just skip the “discomfort” process, we get what we want effortlessly here. Next I have included affirmations for captivating and beautiful eyes, this will have an effect on other people when you look at them, naturally. Do what you want with that attention. You will see your eyes and you will notice how undeniably unique and beautiful they are, they will provoke a feeling indescribable, all positive of course. Okay, I was thinking this was kind of a cheat code, but I included affirmations for your face to naturally satisfy the human brain, what does that mean? It means that people literally won’t be able to find you unattractive, it would go against their nature as humans. I later on added affirmations for people to be unable to even think of you as unattractive just to back that up. Next I added golden ratio proportions, they go hand in hand with the symmetrical face affirmations, they keep coming up anyway, just know that. Next we have the perfect body affirmations, this is subjective, I’m gonna give you the definition of subjective for starters so you don’t ask me later ; “based on or influenced by personal feelings, tastes, or opinions.” In short, you will get what you personality think is the perfect body for you. Yes, you can call this your ideal or desired body or whatever you want, the word “perfect” was used in the affirmations, so you’ll get exactly what you want, this differs from one individual to another. Next we have the dramatic “My beauty unites the nations”, I just added this because why not, but the main affirmations were written for everyone in the world to think you’re pretty, so your beauty goes beyond standards. You could walk around anywhere and still be number one. This goes with the next affirmations, no one can top you when it comes to beauty, like no one is as beautiful/more beautiful than you, it’s not possible. I’m not saying this to have a dramatic sounding description, it’s literally gonna be your new normal, always remaining number one, the prettiest of them all. Then we have the breathtakingly beautiful/unique beauty/natural beauty affirmations as well as the affirmations for your beauty to startle people. I’m not saying they’re gonna freak out out of terror, I’m saying they will be taken aback; I have added affirmations for you to be too beautiful for the human race like I said earlier and for people to freeze looking at you because of your beauty; now did it click? It’s a given, it makes sense, that’s what you should expect to experience. I have added affirmations for you to have a glow up all throughout the affirmation audio, you’ll be thinking and saying that a lot since you will keep getting more and more beautiful (affirmations I talked about earlier as well). Coming up next we have the “I look like a model” type of affirmations, again, I have no idea how but to describe them so I’m just gonna share them affirmation with you. You’re gonna find yourself looking like a literal model, not regular shmegular Steve, like someone that should be famous and recognized for their looks. Next I went ahead and added affirmations for the brains up there, like smart, get the best grades, public speaking skills and all that, you’ll be the smartest in the room at all times, naturally academically superior and you will be the best at everything, this is basically my good grades subliminals in one. This can be used for knowledge as well, I have added affirmations for you to have knowledge, you choose what you wanna feed your brain, but I assume it’s gonna be fairly easy if you use this. Then we have more self concept, like you already manifested your dream life, you’re living your best life and everything in your life is perfect; I love umbrella affirmations like the ones I just shared with you, they just fix everything that contradicts them, quick and easy. Next we have the hair affirmations, you will get what you think is the perfect hair for you, I’m not gonna repeat myself because you know what subjective means if you’ve read everything so far, but yeah, you will get what you want. Added affirmations for you the have the best hair texture, this differs from person to person, next I added affirmations for healthy hair, yes it involves everything. No need to ask if this and that will be fixed, healthy hair is healthy hair, it will fix/get rid of anything that isn’t healthy when it comes to your hair. Umbrella terms/affirmations include everything, it’s like being pregnant and asking where the baby is, the answer to your question is right here. Then we have the affirmations for moisturized lips at all times, I don’t care that it’s freezing outside, your lips will remain moisturized, it’s gonna be like your default setting; I don’t know how to explain this. It doesn’t matter, it will become your new normal.
Now sparkly eyes affirmations, I guess they popped up in my head while writing because they’re so late to the party, some affirmations for sparkly eyes were up there like left right and center but now it’s 100% repetition so let me elaborate, well actually there isn’t much to say, you will have sparkly eyes. I have no idea how to word this, but I know you see the vision, it’s quite difficult to put into words, you will get sparkly eyes and your eyes will never look dull or lifeless. Then some repetition again with the “Everyone thinks I’m beautiful” as well as the captivating eyes affirmations. Next I added affirmations for you to be kind, sweet and always nice with pure intentions, pardon me, but I feel like this is necessary, sometimes. If anything it’s a plus, you’ll feel reassured knowing you’re just naturally wholesome, it’s one of those situations where I wanna say why not? I added affirmations for you to have a good influence on people, like everyone you meet has good things to say about you, naturally. Okay, next I wrote affirmations for you to be loved by people, and also to have them say that to you directly. It’s like the world will be love bombing you, but then again it makes sense. Then we have the skin affirmations repeated again, they’ve been repeated countless times I just didn’t mention it because It wasn’t as much as right now, like I did go overboard a bit. Next affirmations for people/everyone to always be nice to you, you won’t have unpleasant encounters that’s straight up abnormal now, nice and sweet only, your reality, your rules. I’m not gonna allow you to be a victim in your own reality, that’s absurd. Next we have luck, I repeated this a lot, just plain and simple “I’m so lucky” nothing crazy, easy and effective. Backed it up with affirmations for the best things to always happen to you, that will be a current occurrence for you. Notice how everyone goes “The worst things always happen to me” and they always have the most devilish, unbearable, terrible experiences in life? Yeah, well that’s because they quite literally just decided that’s how life was gonna go for them, here we’re doing the opposite. The dominant thought will always be that the best things always happen to you. Next we have productivity and motivation affirmations, just repeated over and over again, followed by self love affirmations. Everything about me is perfect and all that, that will change your mindset but that could possibly change your appearance and personality as well, you will turn into the best, most ideal, perfect version of yourself. You see the vision you have when you daydream and imagine yourself doing this, that, and the third, you’ll get exactly that. Next we have the perfect body affirmations again, heavily repeated and then we have the affirmations for people to always tell you that you’re pretty and always think you’re beautiful, because again, why not? I repeated this all throughout the audio, but this part of the audio is 100% those affirmations. Next we have the symmetrical/perfect face affirmations again, repeated God knows how many times. Now we got the simp affirmations, to put it simply, you will attract people; that’s literally a given since you’re gonna be a bit too attractive. I just added the affirmations to back that up, wasn’t necessary since it was gonna happen anyway, there’s no way around it, but yeah. Also added affirmations for people to actually confess to you. Please do not lose it and think that this will attract random NPCs, this will attract people you could potentially see being attracted to you. So all the crazy sibling, teacher, elderly, random Bob rubbish can fly right out the window. Next we have no one can top me in terms of beauty again, it just doesn’t stop, and more of the affirmations I talked around earlier as well. Now we got the “I’m beautiful inside and out” because that’s kinda cute, and it’s true too so I just added this. You’re literally gonna be perfect, I cannot think of one single flaw while sharing the affirmations so far. Then we have affirmations for you to have a lot of friends, actually I used “tons of friends” in the affirmations. Both girl and boy friends, just a lot of them. Oh my god finally, the rest is a repetition of the previous affirmations as well as affirmations for you to look like you have a real life filter on at all times, you’ll just look that good, this was repeated with the 20/20 vision affirmations. Okay, that wraps up the first part of the subliminal so far, It’s long, but it’s more than effective. Repetition is literally key, why do you think we tell you to listen to subliminal and stay consistent while doing so? This subliminal will saturate your mind completely, I recommend listening to it while sleeping since it’s quite long, you can affirm as well, that’d speed up the process too. Alright, good luck! so I listened at night and the next day was Friday I woke up early enough and had time to watch a whole episode of my tv show make lunch and breakfast straighten my hair (I woke up at six and go to school at 8:50) when i got to school I got so many stares and at lunch we had a clothing shop in school and I got 5 things for 13 dollars and they where all new, I got complements and my friend told me I looked really hot haha then people looked at me and said I looked different but didn’t only say that my hair looked diffrent but that I looked diffrent in general, then I went to the mall w my friend and got food and talked and went shopping cause I have bd money, but I didn’t want to spend it all so I only brought jewelry cause everything else was supper expensive, anyways I go back home (before hanging out w my friend I had lifeguard training and my hair became curly again) and when I got back home my mom still said I looked different like if I was glowing with confidence likeeeeee and finally I went to the trift store and the guy said I could get a sweater that didn’t have a price for 4 dollars and it’s super cute so yeah I’m writing this the day after and I got invited to watch a fashion show except it’s like Mariantonnet type fashion or something so yeah it works :)

Hi i’ve been using this and kotties 180 face transformation and i can say that i’m so much prettier. While in school i was using my front camera and my skin looked amazing. I will update in about a week if i notice anything else. My body has changed also

- don't think while listening to the subliminal. meditate and focus on your breath, and soon your mind will become still.
- accept that your past with subliminals and manifesting is irrelevant, because you always have the ability to get results.
- when you have opposing thoughts, just recognize them as old. your thoughts most likely aren't gonna instantly change to your desired state as soon as you click on the subliminal.
- don't put excessive effort. if you keep trying too hard, you'll create resistance. just listen to the subliminal and be.
- you're not the body or mind. you're just aware of it. *you are pure awareness.* and you can always change your awareness to whatever you desire.
- stop being afraid of or angry at your thoughts. your thoughts are spontaneous, so just leave them alone.
- your thoughts do matter, what matters is how you react to them.
- meditate. you don't have to sit down for 30 minutes, (unless you want to) just take a few conscious deep breaths to still the mind and just be.
- be patient. don't compare yourself to other's results as everyones journey and desires are different.
