One should never be explaining graston over UA-cam. People could really hurt themselves. Even chiropractors only receive a weekend course. Graston done with metal tools is harsh. Plastic or wooden graston tools are best. People in Chinese medicine have to take entire courses lasting a semester on graston because of how important it is to treat tissues correctly & every human’s tissues respond differently, a weekend course isn’t going to give you that understanding. I was injured by a chiropractor trying to do graston on my forearms because of how knotted up my forearms are from being a professional guitarist who plays 6-10 hours a day. He made it so I couldn’t play for months due to injury & I had to retrain myself how to play the hardest things I knew because I lost those most important bits of muscle memory. Advice for people: don’t get graston done by a chiropractor. Get it done by a doctor in Chinese medicine, if at all.

You cannot break up scar tissue, you remodel it, and mobilizae it, but unless you cut it, it cannot be nearly broken by human hands with IASTM

@@greatestever7623 Right, but guess what, you say it like that, and your patients and/or clients think that is what is happening, and it is not. And legally you can be held accountable for the wording too. Just saying🤷🏽‍♀️
