Just my ear as a Program director for WRIF ( Detroit), 98 KUPD (Phoenix) & 96.5 - (Houston)...... I'm just now hearing it, I like it, but it will DEFIANTLY get ignored by the "big label's new summer / fall releases", that they've had picked-out since last February, lmfao. And they say "Payolla" is not alive and kickin'? Hmph..... 40 years in the biz......

I was amped reading this! No one in my circle has the time of day to sit or lay down and just listen to the most genuine, explanatory articulation on about any and every walk of this gift we're give to experience, all the good, all the bad, the cards we are given, matters not if wholesome truth and transparency continues to place late to the inverted reality we know now.
Ive lived my days in this 8realm becoming comfortable with the uncomfortable, but now things are off the chain! I could spew out a huge rant here, but i dont wanna bore you 2 lol.

This song always makes me think of "Epic" by Faith No More. Especially the sound effect that swells behind the "steer this ship" line. And his erratic, frantic singing style is reminiscent of AC/DC's singers. And the consistent incorporation of Alan Watts quotes through their albums makes such a nice touch.

    God got tired of winning
    And that’s why we’re here
    He wanted a surprise ending
    And that’s why we fear
    Objects in the sky descending
    Objects in the sky detecting
So will we steer this ship straight through the void
Or turn on ourselves and die out?
    Are you tired of winning?
    ‘Cause it’s already over
    We were never enough
    Are you tired of winning?
No one’s coming to save us
Are you going to live this life alonе?
The devil’s cut is the angеl’s envy
    That’s why we're lusting
The truth is never the fantasy
    That’s why we bend things
    Objects in the sky descending
    Objects in the sky detecting
So will we steer this ship straight through the void
Or turn on ourselves and die out?
    Are you tired of winning?
    ‘Cause it’s already over
    We were never enough
    Are you tired of winning?
No one’s coming to save us
Are you going to live this life alone?
How will we hear the truth cut through the noise?
Or do we drown ourselves all out?
    Are you tired of winning?
    ‘Cause it’s already over
    We were never enough
    Are you tired of winning?
