Fetal echocardiography uses sound waves to check the heart of your developing baby and it can help find heart defects before birth. It is done when a woman is about 18 to 24 weeks pregnant. Fetal echo tests are mostly performed during pregnancy to evaluate the position, size, structure, function, any kind of disease and rhythm of the unborn baby's heart.

Normal 4 chambers of heart . Echogenic focus noted in left ventricle of heart.Foetal Echocardiography not done.
Head
Normal in size and shape
Ventricular system is not dilated.
Both orbits are normal in size & shape.
Face control is normal .
Brainstem posterior fossa thalamus cavum septum pellucidum unremarkable.
Visualized lips unremarkable.
