For a special move I suppose she could use a powerful rifle shot to help her move around the battlefield faster or some quick dodges. (think RWBY) However, with an awakening the quirk rifle could gain a bunch of different modes, or Nagant could sprout rifles from different body parts. For example, she could sprout mini rifles from her fingers. Finally, if she learns to control the self-destruct quirk AFO gave her Nagant could combine this with rifle to produce explosive bullets. Greatly increasing her firepower and removing DNA evidence from her attacks.
Love the video, I do have a question: can she only fire her hair-bullets or also regular bullets? Because if she can fire regular ones her quirk becomes more useful in my opinion.
I mean. Since there is no gunpowder in her hair, the explosive energy needed to propel the bullets forward must be coming from the gun itself. At which point it's more of a musket or a canon than a modern rifle, and you can theoretically load it with any object of the right shape and size. Or even load with with various smaller objects. It just has to be something hard enough to not be vaporized by the blast. But there should be nothing stopping her from shooting metal rods custom made for her rifle. Ships would often load random stuff like chain and silverware into canons when they ran out of canon balls. It's the same principle here.

Spoilers Deku is a monster. People didn't realize this since Lady Nagant only fought him. But since in the newer chapter we see her bullet straight up tear apart Shiggy's hand we get a sense of how insanely overpowered that quirk is. Keep in mind that the same Shiggy can completely tanked a amped cluster howitzer impact without a scratch and laugh off a giant plasma beam that pushed the entire UA high. Not only Nagant did damage but it was fast enough to hit Shigaraki who caught lasers. Rifle mommy is one assassin that you don't want to be the target of. Or do you ?

Bullets by themselves are great for piercing damage, but don’t have a ton of extra damage outside of that. That’s why artillery and missiles have explosives in them in the first place rather than just being giant bullets. But if Nagant’s quirk is so strong that with just a bullet she out damages explosions and lasers, what even does it have for a weakness? And what is the strength of those other attack methods anymore? Not to mention it’s argued that the accuracy is just her being “that good” rather than anything that the quirk grants her like Snipe’s does. So she not only has a virtually one shot kill weapon but is also just so damn good with it that she can use it in the dark, in the rain, against a rapidly moving target, across thousands of meters, plus any variation of distance limited visibility and the target changing direction. Like okay, so she’s basically aimbot with her accuracy despite her quirk not actually giving her upped accuracy and Deku literally being one of the faster characters in the show at this point. They basically made her god just to be able to compete with him, when a more balance sniping quirk should either have had a much longer reload and preparation time to emphasize the need for preparation and stealth, or a much lower amount of power and range so that it doesn’t massively outclass other quirks when it’s forced into combat.
Machia has 7 quirks total, actually. His original quirk gave him super stamina. His giant size is a result of one of his additional quirks. The wiki actually lists all of his quirks, but I don't know if we ever got that list in the manga. They did mention that he had several quirks in the story though.
