Most welcome.
A child needs 20-30 repetitions to retain something in their memory. The best way to help kids memorize something is to give them the concept in multi-sensory ways. After explaining the lesson, make them practice and also make posters and stick them in your class or the kids' room so they can use their visual memory to absorb the concept.

Well, I don't understand what you're trying to point out. As far as the pronunciation of the word "discussion" is concerned, I have pronounced it with a
(/shun/) sound. Did you hear something else?
