Most I can eat at a buffet is 2 plates. Lol, but my eyes think I can eat 5 plates. 😂
If u want to eat A lot then follow Raina as she drinks something along with the meal whether its lemon juice or tea so that everything can easily be digeste✌

I’ve eaten 8 or 10 plates (I think it was 8 plates) before. Literally covered an entire square table (4 person table). Not much leftover. Can’t do that anymore 😭😭😭 Can only do 3 or 4 plates now.

Hi Raina!!! My dear husbands♡ best friend is Chinese. He owned a Chinese buffet a city over from us. My Kenny helped him alot by getting his veggies for him and taking him to China Town in Cleveland. There was also a Chinese like warehouse in Valley View. So...we ate at the buffet alot. Charlie never let us pay. He said we were his family. Hes in New York now and calls me. Great man. The food there looks so...Yummy. Wish I was there with you. I havent had Chinese buffet in a while. Theres none in my town... Great video. You look beautiful as always. Take care my dear friend!!!
What I hate about buffet type restaurants is that I never really eat a ton of food while I am there...Then about an hour later, I am wishing that I was still at the restaurant.

If you like buffets like I do, try Indian Casinos on a Friday Seafood night. Price is in the $30 range. They usually have seafood, Chinese, Italian and Mexican foods. Eat till you can't eat no more. If your in No. CA, try Cache Creek Casino, Redhawk Casino (Lobster) or Jackson Rancheria Casino (Lobster and so much more). Lots of love from a fan.

I use to hit up that "Hot Spot" like it wasn't nothing but, ever since that place had run'd out of business I haven't been to another buffet like about 3 years from now. Raina all of the food looked delicious. I never knew that Panda Express had a buffet restaurant. I've been to two different buffet restaurants here in Florida. One isn't as big. The other place is called Chopsticks.

I wonder what the long-term side effects are from digesting that much food in one-sitting. I can't imagine it being healthy even though in the short-term, with proper dieting, the impacts are probably non-material. Just curious. That's like how much I eat in like a week.
