Gief was not buffed is Season 2. This is why.
Pros: More Combo options from normals, including the CA variations. Fixed (almost fixed) lariat.
Conse: Reduced SPD damage. Same slow walk speed. +4 on crLP. V-Skill is useless against 90% of the chars list now. Still no reliable wake up options even with the meter.
