Do you get decent hours on call? And like when do they call you usually? Ahead of time or same day or do you call ? How does that work? I just got a on call freelance position today but I haven't heard back yet on the details

I get a lot of hours cause I work for Nordstrom and under MAC counter I get a my hours ahead of time but I hear freelance is so much fun going to different places
