How to setup a Data Value Reference in LabVIEW

In this video we will briefly go over what a DVR is in LabVIEW and how to set one up. DVRs are more of an advance tool and care should be taken when using them. Like salt, they should be used sparingly and appropriately or else they will introduce more problems then they solve.
