Sir, in aggregate calibration why you are not considering filler Percentage. Sir if we are not considering filler Percentage so that how it become 100% of aggregate. Pls response sir.

i have one question. I am with quality control team of client and my duty was to visit plant for monitoring loadout of BC. When i asked operator to inrease pencentage of dust, he did that on control panel but a little while later when he thought i was not watching, he started turning fork of bin. I have apprehension that he closed the aperture a little while making me think appropriate amount of dust was being discharged as shown on control pannel screen. Need your opinion on same
Do basic test like gradation....and issue NCR...this is a common problem at every plant.
