I am so glad you showed the other side of things, so many people just show the light, the shining side of themselves and either Deny or pretend that their Dark side, Dark Selves does not exist and that send such a bad message to those that are watching them. As grounded as I am as an Earth sign I have bad days and I used to put on a Happy Face and pretend nothing phased me but I realized I wasn’t being my Authentic self by doing this. Plus when you pretend nothing is wrong, when you box up and hold in and hold down the negative things and emotions in your life, you are asking for trouble it can have very Negative effects on your body and like you showed us it can really pour out at inopportune times. It took some time for me to learn to let go of the things I had NO control of and to let out the things I did with people who understood even just some of the things I was feeling even if it wasn’t with the people/things I had these negative feelings about. I have so much anger but I’ve been trying to be all light and rainbows. It’s like you’ve given me permission to feel angry. Women aren’t allowed to be angry. I’ve screamed and pounded my fists on my bed. I’m working through it but this helps a lot!!

Goddess, you need someone to be with u and allow u to just let it all out and flow with it and ride the wave. cameras off or whichever u prefer... I have always been extremely understanding of our feelings and allowing people to let it out im in the process of creating something to liberate the masses but i am more than willing to be with u for a day with absolutely no judgement whatsoever completely open minded and empathetic and something within me brings about the deepest truth in others and we are all working on not bottling them up to explode but what i see strongly from this video and others that expectations are huge things that set us up for those emotions to come up of theres one big thing ive learned its that. I was confused on the blow out you had. Was it a fight you and Kristina had with each other or was it something with your mom. The video didn't really make it clear what really happened and why your mom would end your trip early with her.
RecoveryGlamGirl I said the same thing to Kristina in the editing process haha. Kristina and I got in a big fight and kept my mom and her friend up super late the night before. They tried to just deal with it but my breakdown the next day(which you saw) was the kicker

It's been such a healing balm for me accepting so many of these traits in myself (hello from a fellow over-planner whose trips NEVER lined up to expectations. haha!).... the part that had me in tears though was this closing video with your mom. The words she said and the way she approached you, DAMN. That is exactly my mother as well. the WASP programming runs SO DEEPLY they can't even begin to see it. How can you lead someone to see that that insidious belief of what makes them "good humans"-- IE complete repressed emotions/"glass half full" BS is actually what's keeping them locked into a shallow and disconnected life? Hoooooo. *breathing it out. And sending you BIG BIG love. We'll get through this. We'll heal. And as we heal we do it for our ancestral mothers as well, whether they know to want it or not.

I have always been extremely understanding of our feelings and allowing people to let it out im in the process of creating something to liberate the masses but i am more than willing to be with u for a day with absolutely no judgement whatsoever completely open minded and empathetic and something within me brings about the deepest truth in others and we are all working on not bottling them up to explode but what i see strongly from this video and others that expectations are huge things that set us up for those emotions to come up of theres one big thing ive learned its that. And allows u to see more magic and reason. I do have to say it was beautiful the way the fog came in w ur emotions to let them out and allowed for a much more beautiful scene than what would have been once u started to laugh and release. I was confused on the blow out you had. Was it a fight you and Kristina had with each other or was it something with your mom. The video didn't really make it clear what really happened and why your mom would end your trip early with her.
RecoveryGlamGirl I said the same thing to Kristina in the editing process haha. Kristina and I got in a big fight and kept my mom and her friend up super late the night before. They tried to just deal with it but my breakdown the next day(which you saw) was the kicker

Oooh Mia. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful and REAL journey with us. It's been such a healing balm for me accepting so many of these traits in myself (hello from a fellow over-planner whose trips NEVER lined up to expectations. haha!).... the part that had me in tears though was this closing video with your mom. The words she said and the way she approached you, DAMN. That is exactly my mother as well. the WASP programming runs SO DEEPLY they can't even begin to see it. How can you lead someone to see that that insidious belief of what makes them "good humans"-- IE complete repressed emotions/"glass half full" BS is actually what's keeping them locked into a shallow and disconnected life? Hoooooo. *breathing it out. And sending you BIG BIG love. We'll get through this. We'll heal. And as we heal we do it for our ancestral mothers as well, whether they know to want it or not.
