Very nice coach. I do wish they, not just Newmar, would come up with a better latch for the pocket doors than those noisy, clunking ones. If someone else is asleep in the coach those latches make such a racket.

I am not really into all the light colors on the interior but that one is really nice.

How are these available with only 8K miles? Do some people have that much $ that they only use these for a few thousand miles then sell or trade them in? Or is something wrong with them.
1- Some of these are bought by business owners and use it for "business purposes" then it becomes deductible for tax purposes. 2- Some rich owners discover that no matter how much you spend you cannot avoid the unpleasant parts of RV-ing and so they unload it and give up RVing. 3- Others may not want to sell but forced to because they developed a health issue and can no longer travel.

THE BIG 3 CAN’T SELL CARS AND TRUCKS AND ARE LAYING OFF THOUSANDS OF WORKERS BECAUSE NOBODY CAN AFFORD THE 70-100K CARS AND TRUCKS….WHO’S DROPPING 700K FOR THIS …..RIDICULOUS
The unsold inventory for cars is in the tens of thousands. There may be about 150 RV's at this price range for sale in the entire country. Rich are still rich even with a bad economy.
In response to both statements , you don't have to be rich to buy a 650k motorcoach. As for the big three , If they can build cars as good as Honda and Toyota they wouldn't have any issues.
First of all, that is a great price for this coach! Secondly, why are you watching luxury motorhome videos if you think they are RIDICULOUS? All caps! Thirdly, a lot of people are full timers and this is their house on wheels. Lastly, some people have done well for themselves and some people haven’t done as well. That’s life.

I love Newmars, but I really don’t like their cabinets - it’s like they’re stuck in the 90s.
You act like you have such a good motorhome. Well you need to take some tips from over seas.. theirs put yours to shame.
