yes so deeply true. When we realise VACCINATION save lives, or rolling out best of health technologies like diagnostics, treatments and ensuring these are reaching the MOST marginalised or most likely to be left behind EQUITABLY, then it is going to make a difference. We have to focus on EQUITY and JUSTICE when we roll out new and existing health technologies, and not regurgitate what GLOBAL NORTH dishes us out! see how badly they rolled out COVID vaccines in global south - so inequitably - whereas no accountability when countries in global north HOARDED COVID vaccines MANY TIMES MORE Than their population, threw them when these expired ...
