I have struggled with depression for a long time, this pandemic made it worse for me. I have tried to get a better job, but the market is horrible. I was losing hope for awhile, I haven't been in church for months. It was a point where I let myself believe that I wasn't good enough for a job. Then last week happened. I had four interviews and got a job. I start this week. Something will break. God will come through. It's going to be okay, even if we don't think it will be, it will be. It will be okay, through grace and power it will be okay. God loves you and hasn't given up on you. He's in your corner.

I have known the Lord for over 45 years and over and over He has demonstrated his faithfulness, his perfect timing, his unfailing capacity to hold me when I feel I am falling -again. Is this weakness? Yes, and in that weakness his power is made perfect. This is, of course, why we walk by faith and not by sight. A nice verse, often quoted....but then he sets you up to actually practice it in real life. That is the moment when you fall into his arms and allow the creator of the universe to create in you a clean heart, and once more he proves in real life that nothing - nothing at all is too hard for him. The timing of your post is amazing. We (my wife and I) are just about to take another leap of faith and relocate without all the resources we need to do that, but we are committed to his call. I don't doubt that this move is right, but this morning, I had no sense of connection with the Lord. I read, I prayed, and prayed some more and rested in his faithfulness and not my feelings. Then I saw your post. I was instantly connected again with him and deeply encouraged and - and this is the good bit - as I read your words, the Father spoke to me through them. Thank you SO much, and may the Lord bless you in your new job, overshadow you as you work and provide for you beyond your wildest dreams. It will indeed be OK!

Please don’t be angry. I’ve been where you’ve been. Being angry didn’t help. When I became grateful for understanding and growth at that time I saw things differently and was able to move on. It’s a different experience coming out of the Mormon church and finding a new faith in Jesus. It does get better. 🙏

Something has broke.fighting to save my marriage and I'm losing God has put this woman in my path for a reason. I'm trying save her from a bad past but I don't know how much I can hang on. It's breaking me. This song is wonderful.

Something absolutely has to break like today!
I listened to this song for the first time today. The words are truly inspiring. “Something has to give” was the words to my wife at the height of my anxiety and depression recovery three years ago. These words ring true today! Thank you for this song and the inspiration it brings. When we allow ourselves to be broken and let Holy Spirit take over, we can get through anything; including anxiety and depression. I’m now going on three years free of the bondage of anxiety and depression!

A non believer would have no idea who this song is supposed to be about. Feel good about yourself fluff. Whatever happened to worship songs that actually were about the Lord God Himself.
