Ma’am I’m from Faridabad ,Haryana. Jab Mein Haryana state select karta hu toh show hota hai that I have to visit RTO office for LL test. But jab Mein Delhi state select karta hu toh online LL test show hota h. Kya karu ma’am? Delhi daalu kya?? But I’m from Faridabad and nearest RTO yahi padna chahiye. Aur ma’am I’m 20. Is this important to apply for LL licence first and then driving licence? Can I apply directly driving licence?

@@Jason-w5l yes ...paste L sticker or make L alphabet on ur vehicle by tape Learner licence valid for 6months then apply for driving licence
