Yea pheonix raids are the only raid with sea beasts
Sea beasts can be spawned with players above 10M honor/bounty and we know that their pretty innocent when they’re summoned by players, but when in phoenix raid, sea beasts will spawn at the last island even if you don’t have 10M bounty/honor.

In order to get it u need to beat 30 elites which give 100 frags from the guy which says there is an elite in a certain island and go to the waterfall and pull the sword out
U can kill 20 but its a low chance and resets kills after u die
