NEET Paper Leak Case : SC में सुनवाई, अब होगी दोषियों पर कार्रवाई! | Bihar | NTA | Mumbai
38 petitions related to NEET paper leak case will be heard in the Supreme Court today..Chief Justice D.Y. Chandrachud, Justice J.B. The bench of Pardiwala and Manoj Mishra will hear the case.. Before this, the Center and NTA have filed their respective affidavits in the Supreme Court.. Whereas the Central Government has opposed the demand for re-conducting the NEET UG examination.
NEET पेपर लीक केस से जुड़ी 38 याचिकाओं पर आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई होगी..चीफ जस्टिस डी.वाई. चंद्रचूड़, जस्टिस जे.बी. पारदीवाला और मनोज मिश्रा की बेंच मामले में सुनवाई करेगी..इससे पहले केंद्र और NTA ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अपना अपना हलफनामा दाखिल किया है..वहीं केंद्र सरकार ने NEET UG की परीक्षा दोबारा कराने की मांग का विरोध किया है।
