The fact that this process has taken so long by the DOJ to get the documents and this man is still walking around free, it only serves as a glaring fact that justice isn't blind and that it doesn't apply equally. Anyone who is working class in the same circumstance would have been in jail a long time ago
Part of the problem in indicting the rich and powerful is they have the means to fight, tooth and nail, for every inch of the legal journey. So, if a case is not utterly watertight, they can slip out of it.
Everyone else would not have the means to fight as hard, so the level of care and attention to detail is not quite as high.
As with any project, it takes 90% of the effort to complete the last 10%. For Joe public, a 90% complete case would suffice. But we need a 99% secure case to nail trump. This fact, along with trump's obstructiveness, causes the massive delays that we see.

Do the FBI and DOJ know exactly which documents went missing? Will they know if they have it all back? Can they tell if any of the documents have been copied? Can any leaked information be reliably traced back to Mar-a-Lago?
If some of these documents have national security implications, the question remains is who has copies?
