Although I do not understand, read, or write Chinese, I thoroughly enjoyed watching this video. In particular I enjoyed the high and steep mountains. To me, the view was absolutely spectacular and thrilling. I know I will never be able to visit that part of the world. So I like to thank you for bringing it to me here.
I'm from the U.S. and I wish I could retire in a small town along that highway G 219. Simply beautiful landscapes and inspiring ! A place where a person can focus and not be distracted about mundane things.
Very dramatic scenery, such a desolate place, thanks for sharing. Some hairy moments dodging those trucks in the hairpin bends. The roads look in pretty good condition considering the remoteness of the region. What camera did you use to capture this great footage?
This is awesome video, since chinese govt restrict tourists visiting this part of the china, I always wanted to know how is infrastructure other side of the K2 peak.. being as Pakistani I wondered how people traveled through these rugged area in the history to travel from china to Indus valley and kashmir to northern Punjab
The road reaches a high pass at 4969m, incredible altitudes for us here in Europe, it's higher than Mont Blanc Peak! I see however that a tunnel under the pass is under construction. What are they building on in the pass area? A restaurant or something else? Must be really hard to work there so high in the mountains, the highest altitude I ever reached was 4160m, and breathing was already difficult. How do you cope with such altitudes? Thanks a lot for the video, greetings from a road-tripper from Germany!
What stunning and wild scenery, absolutely breathtaking, and the cinematography is second to none indeed I just wish china would allow independent overlanding travellers in to explore this country and learn about the cultures of old along the fabled silk road and beyond Unfortunately this is currently not possible without a 24/7 guide and heavy and expensive restrictions in regards to travel itinerary, route planning and interpretations Perhaps in the future this beautiful region of the world will be a little more accessible to the adventurous among us
china isn't a country that welcomes travellers. They have enough local travellers in most places. IMO, just not worth it, too many outsiders, it's a security risk when you have the US as a hostile nation.
Very arid but incredible scenery with everchanging landscapes. Looks like the Chinese are not put off by anything when it comes to building roads. I am looking forward to the day when a railway is built right through the Himalayas.
It seems that you do not understand the grading system of roads in China, which divides roads into G (country), S (province), X (county), and V (village) by region. The road quality is divided into high speed (HF), I, II, III, IV. So this is a G (country) 219 road, Class II.
its not about the money... and to be mocked by people who have a job to do and goes back to transmitting and exploiting propaganda and in their head its okay. it's just like eating cake.. then relying on a parent who has to work so much to keep the people who create problem worse rich. I knew some thing was fucked and I was running my mouth, but I think people in agencies who have a trust and should behold value actually do like to sit back and watch the sickness transpire... They seem happy to drive me to the brink and stole my hope and tried to just use my horrible misery to benefit them when already, I've been fucked by everyone in my life who aren't dead. America and Christ were the only thing I had and that to are gone!!! The US is the most evil thing i can think of right now. Ill never have a family because ill lose my mind just thinking about what it takes to mentally have that opportunity.
The day will come when Xi Jinping is no more. The West will thrive as the sole superpower once more. China’s economy very similarly to its infrastructure is crumbling…
How many times did you got stopped here by the chinese police and why is there so much strict patrolling and police checks around kashgar ,are you guys also not allowed to talk about the concentration camps and the wrong doings of the chinese government with the uyghur muslims ?
1 incredible Valley you drove thru. Steep jagged mountains, earthquake country, live in Calif. Talk about no traffic, no Gas stations, not a good place to break down.

Very nice vedio, keep it up thanks.
thank you for very much.....!! God bless for you...^^ !!
Wondering what your photography gear is? Is it live broadcast or archived? Thanks!
What stunning and wild scenery, absolutely breathtaking, and the cinematography is second to none indeed

I believe that day will come soon, I'll try my best to film all around this region as long as there is a Road to before then.🥰

So little vegetation, it must be very snowy and cold most of the time.

What type of vehicle do you have?
c5 aircross🥰
Happy holidays to you and your loved ones. ^__-
Happy new year~😊
Tarmac but quite hard on tyres and suspension. Still, better than most of the roads in Oxford UK, I suppose.
Asphalt
Super stable filming. Is it vehicle cam or action cam or mobile phone?
The Xinjiang series were shot with Fujifilm cam inside.🥰
@@WalkChina thanks. Is your Fujifilm cam mounted on a mechanical gimbal inside or just has a built in electronic stabilizer? It is amazingly smooth
fantastic, Thank you

Banyak yg menakutkan, takut batu dan tanah jatuh dijalanan, kalau kenderaan kita rosak , sungguh susah.
Nice 👌
But where is the petrol station and the shops for food..??

enjoy the forests. this country is already a desert.
Dangerous desert Mountain.
Why the roads are 2 lane highway here?
Because it is too tough and unnecessary to build a 4 lane highway in this wilderness area .
The highway is along the border mountains. Cities are connected by freeway.

Beautiful and modern China. God Bless and Protect China and President Xi Jinping.
