@@geaj She's aware of the Antisemitic over-dramatization of her confidence and theatre personality as a bad attitude by jealous actors who barely worked with her.
No one is saying she wasn't terrible before. But, she's had time to mature and she's clearly better. Like Tovah's recent interview, she has been completely inclusive and hasn't made a misstep. The girl is older and finally humble. The talent remains amazing.
You can see she has really matured in the way her eyes sparkle with admiration and honesty when she gives credit to all the women who've had played Fanny in Funny Girl
@@Leamichellefan2244 oh really? How do you know? (Genuinely asking, as I believe every story has two sides and everyone has a right to defend themselves, as in the case of Lea against all the accusations of "bullying" she's had thrown her way)
Lovely interview--so happy for Lea. I hope to see her in the show; I saw the inimitable Barbra (!) in 1965--I was a teenager--and I've remembered it with awe and fondness ever since. :)
shes come along way from her dreams of playing this role to actually doing it for real. it give hope to all to just go for it and live your dream before its real. the excitment and passion is just beaming from her eyes
Got to see her last week in Funny Girl and she was amazing!!! (Also saw Lea coming out of the car and into the theater before the show - wasn’t expecting that!)
Oh my god, all of you who still believe the lies being spread by jealous and bitter people who can’t make anything of themselves is really concerning to me.
She deserves it ! She's got the voice, got the talent. You can see she worked for this her whole life. No matter what people gossip about her, you can't if you're honest, deny her talent and performance. She'll more than likely win a Tony !
There is something about her that seems softer and more settled. I am really happy for her and her reviews have been very, very good.
She's just aware that people are aware of her toxicity.

@@Chaneloweenz this right here. Feel for her and I’m glad she’s getting a redemption she’s incredible! She phenomenal in this role
@@Chaneloweenz She treated people badly, and it came back to bite her. It had nothing to do with race. Move on.

She has always been very complimentary of people she works with (I’ve followed her since 2011).
@@Laurap01 wasn't she outed for being literally the worst person on the set of glee?

Glee was so important!! Such a great showcase for Lea’s voice and talent as an actor as well. I will always treasure it and be grateful!

I cannot say how much i love this for her😍
Really classy in her acknowledgement of Beanie Feldstein's work.
Classy, but undeserved. Beanie got the role just for connections not talent and sadly for her she was badly exposed
@@JKReAl amen to that she didn’t deserve any certificate knowledgement, but that just goes to show how amazingly is.
Yes, it was kind of Lee to give her a shout out, but she didn’t deserve it.

@@JKReAl thanks, people are still saying that they should bring back Feldstein and it’s like get a grip.
Oh my god, she’s the perfect funny girl and she deserves every little bit of this.

She was amazing. Thank God for the cast recording because now we can relive it as much as we want. I can’t wait to see what she does next.
I much rather see change than empty apologies. She's very talented. God bless her.
Love Lea Michele
She was very gracious to Beanie, Julie and her costars and cast.
Love lea ❤❤
Love her always. 🧡
Only Lea and Barbra Streisand could play this role.
Love that she gave credit to beanie

love when Paul said "and the baggage that comes with being Lea Michele..." there's a loaded statement.

Naya Rivera nailed her version of Dont Rain On My Parade. She would have been the best Fanny!
Greatest role....really.....
Big mistakes that hurt us, mature us in such a way that we realize everything is not about us. Good that she's upgraded.
So fitting she’s doing this role. Considering she’s been doing it for years now, she didn’t have to read the script. 💖
Big deal.
I wonder if she continues to call “cockroaches” to the production staff like she did back when she was on GLEE.
omg move on
