Update on this machine I purchased from amazon last year july 2022, simply fantastic, also recently purchased the sana oil extractor which works with this juicer, making some lovely cold pressed oils, all in all a terrific purchase.

Seller Medifur ( www.medifur.ee/ ) not recommended, Product Defective and Poor Customer Service
Product was defective. It worked fine the first 3-5 days and after that the product started producing very wet pulp, I had to use twice as much vegetables and fruits for the same quantity of juice that I was having the first few days.
After contacting the seller and sending them a demonstrative video, they refused to offer any help or substitue the defective parts. I decided to return the product but the seller even got so angry as to yell on the phone. Eventually the return was made possible by their sudden change of mind.
After they collected the product, they refused to offer a refund claiming that the juicer collection cup was dirty and he couldn’t sell it to someone else in that condition.
The collection cup wa smade of plastic, altough at the time on their website it was advertised as made of glass. when I mentioned this, the seller swiftly corrected the description on their website to match their words, that the juice collector cup was made of plastic instead of glass.
Currently, the seller wishes for me to go pick up the machine as it is or else they’ll charge me by the way for “cost maintenance of the product in their warehosue”.
Absolutely do not recomemnd this seller. If like me you ended up here because Omega themselves endorses them on their website, save your money and buy from somewhere else because if there’s any issues with the product, seller will be a lot of stress to deal with.

Fuck this. It went bad in the first 5 days and I'm down 385 euros and the seller tells me it's in my head that the pulp is wet as fuck when it wasn't like that in the first days. The pressure thing is annoying too, and it doesn't change anything. Videos like these convinced me to buy this crappy machine .
