Pls based on the yards of fabric you used. I have a fabric of 3yards and 26 inches and it is still not enough for the cow neckline. So i am really confused when you said you are using 3yrds of fabric here with length 64 that is 3yrds 20 inches without the additional of the cow neck. The burst line is mostly useful when making bustier dresses or blouse, the bustling is also called bust point.
