- A well balanced breakfast is one of the best things you can do for your health. I usually begin my day with fruit because fruit is a great way to get great nutrients and energize yourself.
This is one of my favorites:
Blueberry Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup Frozen Organic Blueberries
1 whole Frozen Banana
2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
2 tablespoons Hemp Hearts
1 large tablespoon Almond Butter
16oz water
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in high powered blender until smooth (about 1 minute)
Enjoy 😋
This came out delicious. I didn't have almond butter, but I used raw almonds instead. This may be my new go to breakfast
I need to try me some chia seeds.. I've never had them before.but I do have almond butter!☺️💞

What are your thoughts on bananas being mucus forming food?
@KT G thats kind of true. The body needs a bit of mucus for sure but excessive mucus is a huge issue because all the CRAP we are fed. I personally notice mucus forming foods give me a stuffy nose almost instantly!
mucus is not bad, we actually need mucus. its the mucus that has a hard time leaving the body that is not good.
