  • A well balanced breakfast is one of the best things you can do for your health. I usually begin my day with fruit because fruit is a great way to get great nutrients and energize yourself.
    This is one of my favorites:
    Blueberry Banana Smoothie
    Ingredients:
    1 cup Frozen Organic Blueberries
    1 whole Frozen Banana
    2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
    2 tablespoons Hemp Hearts
    1 large tablespoon Almond Butter
    16oz water
    Instructions:
    Blend all ingredients in high powered blender until smooth (about 1 minute)

    This came out delicious. I didn't have almond butter, but I used raw almonds instead. This may be my new go to breakfast

    What are your thoughts on bananas being mucus forming food?

      mucus is not bad, we actually need mucus. its the mucus that has a hard time leaving the body that is not good.
