The weather was a big issue last October and the food trucks outside was a nightmare with the muddy grass and of course like you mentioned the panel sound was awful as we had a wrestling match going on at the same time and we could hardly hear a thing and we were sat in the first row!
I was plagued by a bad smell too when I went to the con in Harrogate, but I guess that’s my cross to bear when Jason Clow is following me about 😂 I wondered why I didn’t see Ryan in any of these vlogs… go on, tell us what went on!
I appreciated your honesty on this, the stuff you got was great and I really hope that’s the lasting memory but some of it sounds torrid (and I don’t just mean time with Screwballs 😂)
There is an EXTREME level of over-exaggeration in this video. I went to this event and honestly mate It was no where near as bad as your making it to be :/ I admit that the rainbow room situation was dreadful but that's more the consumers fault than the event organisers. Diamond pass gives you priority queuing but there's only so many people on hand to guide everyone to the tables. I had to wait and I had PATIENCE You're gonna have to wait some way or another. 10 minutes for diamond pass. Compared to the risk of 1-2 hours in a normal cue. Using Giancarlo was a DREADFUL example. He was one of the biggest names there. You can't actually expect to see him right as you demand it. There are a LOT of talent there and a LOT of customers who need brought to the guest tables etc Literally AT LEAST 5K people went to this event I've honestly never heard of someone sounding so ungrateful about these events. Complaining about some of the things that monopoly events have 0 control over. Complaining about the mud etc. the event is literally in the central belt of Scotland. A country known for having rainy weather
I had a great time, and have attended plenty of monopoly events. Out of the events I’ve attended this was the worst, nothing wrong with that. I bet your from Scotland and haven’t attended other cons they’ve hosted so you can’t actually compare. Venue, Cloakroom and location all awful choices and monopoly were understaffed which I explained. It’s just a UA-cam video, enjoy your day 😁
What were you smelling ?not even a whiff off anything there. As for your walk did you get off at the wrong station from trams to the event is less than a mile . There was plenty off cars there parked am suprised you never seen the many hundreds parked outside the event.As for the weather not much anyone can do about that they could have speed things up but guess what its scotland and weather warning had been predictedall week .. agree with cloak room and the food . As for the diamond pass ...you do know other people purchased the pass also and well their cue time is well less than those waiting . Guess folk need to moan for any reason
