It's crazy to see so much talent come out of France. Wemby, Sarr, Traore, Bilal, Risacher, Salaun, Dieng, Essengue, Cissoko, Ajinca, Rupert, and whoever else they produce in the next few years. The national team will be very scary at '28 and '32 Olympics especially defensively.
True.. they will be monsters on the defensive end.. so many perimeter defenders and tall rim protectors.
France never had talent beside toni parker.a lot of scrubs
Totally agree with the worry about his on-ball wiggle and explosion, he’s highly unlikely to ever be a real threat off the dribble. But so many of his issues are strength based, give him 2-3 years of NBA S&C and whilst it won’t fix issues he will get better, he’ll be able to bump that defender a little and keep that dribble in more situations, that POA (his biggest strength for me) will improve against bigger guys and he’ll be able to make some impact (not a lot) at the rim.
I agree that the upside is limited but given his age, size and strengths combined with route to somewhat improve multiple weaknesses through one method I think he should be considered for a lot of teams 4 through 10
People are overthinking Zacc. He's a great defender, has a good shot and release and shows flashs of self creation. All his flaws are normal for a 19 years old player, that's growing in to his body, in a professional league. Praying that he drops out of the top 3, he'll be a perfect fit next to Wemby.
He needs an elite pg or sg and 2 shot creators a long wing defender and big like wemby to maximize his talents imo...he is like at best a 4th option on a finals team...would not take him top 5 unless I am the spurs and think he won't fall to 8...he won't change anything for anyone
@@razkable Are you even watching his games? Dude is a 19 years old giant, with good scoring ability and excelent defense, playing in a professional league. He'll be at least a elite 3&D in the NBA.
please keep the same energy and dont delete the video 🙏

I believe that Zaccharie Risacher will go #1 or #2 in the 2024 NBA draft.
You were right sir. Salute!
An ideal 3rd option on offense and a all defensive player on defense is a really high ceiling. It may not be the type of player that wins award but it's the type that wins championships
i do not think he is an ideal third option or an all defensive prospect
Some experts give him MPJ comparison, if he becomes that type of player, it's his best outcome and could be fringe third option.

A lot of this is nitpicking imo. You're judging his rim protection? Really ? His lack of rim protection is a MAJOR value detractor ? Really? There are 10-14 players better than him in this draft ? Really ? I really disagree. But i love your videos overall
i think he will probably be a top 5-10 player, but there are 10 players with higher ceilings than him and that's what i value. and rim protection is very important so i'm not sure what you are suggesting
@benpfeifer8192 I'm not saying rim protection isn't important , it's just that is it that important a skill for a small forward to have ? I understand if an actual 4 or 5 couldn't rim protect but he is a 3. It would be better if he could as that makes him more versatile, I just felt like it wasn't that important a skill for you to call it a major detractor in his value because he doesn't have that right now. That was why i said it was nitpicking a bit especially given how good he is already as an all around defender and his age. Thanks for clarifying the 10-14 comment. Thanks for the video!!
@@bennwokeleme7217 it is a very important skill to me for all non guards, i think it's always most important
Agree 1000%
Some Hawks fans discussed Zac being no.1 pick over Sarr, just because he's better fit with Jalen and wing position is the rare asset than high level big. They said other teams would give you premium big if price right but they don't give you premium wing.
But Zac isn't that kind of wing like Herb, and Sarr being underrated and overthought by them. Really fear the front office think Zac is worthy than Sarr.
I would oppose that strongly (i don't view ZR as a premium wing anyways)
@@benpfeifer8192
I think Sarr becoming a decent and consistent shooter's chance is more possible than Zac can be good handling, separation and create for himself.
Just use their potential best comparison player outcome,Mobley or MPJ, which player can impact the game and help the team more,it's easy question.
zzzzzz. He just turned 19 y/o and is playing against men in a professional league. If you liked Brandon Miller, who was doing these things at Alabama at 20 y/o then you should love Risacher. Like Miller, 3 and D is the baseline for Risacher. There's potential for on-ball creation as he develops. He's absolutely worth a top 3 pick.
miller was a far better shooter and a much better passer than risacher, they;re completely different players
Miller was 100,000% better creating off the dribble. Risacher doesn't have 1% of of the self creation on-ball skill Miller showed. Different types of forwards
@@deesteven he was 2 years older playing against teenagers
@@benpfeifer8192 at 18 y/o? Oh…no? Hmmmm
miller was more of a creator at 18 in eybl than risacher is, the age matters but not more than what is actually on the floor
Good video, ive never understood the hype around risacher as a high pick just because of how low of a ceiling he really as well how there are comparable players to him that are mocked to go late 1st. Tyler Smith for example is a stretch 4 like risacher and while not being as quite a good shooter he makes up for it with being better at basically everything else.
Tyler smith is the worst defender I have ever seen
I think Risacher being 19 in a pro league forces him to play as a 3 & D player in order to get playing time. He’s still young with tons of upside to expand his game.
I completely disagree. This guy has a higher ceiling than most in the draft
@@CarloBarlo69Yeah but it's not like he shows any flashes that he could be any better than what he is. When has he shown he can create for himself. His handle looks like mine when I use my offhand (and that's not very good).
I would not take him top 2...he reminds me of a less athletic rashard lewis...which is to say an average type of ceiling in today's nba say 15 ppg 6 rebs...lewis was more valued in the past era for his versality and athleticism out of high school...and eventual 3 point shot....
Good prospect but wow this is a shit draft if he’s #1
