What an interesting problem. It sounds like a loose connection that allows movement of the butterfly valve, which in turn can vibrate at a specific frequency in tune with the engine idle vibration.
Hello, I am Ogun, I also have a problem after heating, when I start the car there is no any noise, after engine heat there is a noise that I could not understand. Car is corolla hatch,2021model, 1.2Turbo Engine. Car was checked by Toyota services (4 different sevice) but they could not understand what it is. I hear it at specific rpm especially 1700-1900 it happens. Also I hear it under 1500rpm. When the gear at P or N noise also be hearable but in the road it is easier to hear it. That noise come from 14.000km, there was no noise until that km. I and services checked the belts I could not any evidance that make a noise like that. Also just because the specific rpm I dont think that is a turbo problem, also there is no any lack of power, no vibration in the cabin. I think your car is more loud but when you are on the road, is the noise similar with that link ? ua-cam.com/users/shortsMjZpaXmYhnw If you can check, I will be much appreciated. Thank you
I was thinking mechanical until it changed when you moved the connector. Weird. I guess your “spastic motor” is the best guess. Hope you are feeling better.
After thanging the Throttle P sensor together with throtlle body there is sound on it and theres no power to accelerate and it's like realising air if I reving the car

It was super odd . Ive never seen anything like this before ! Thanks for watching !!
Sounds kinda like an electrical valve fluttering in the throttle body, thats a strange one there, never heard a throttle body make that noise before!

Thank You !
I think that pass thru is for the pcv system. Not for an idle bypass.
Thanks for the info !
It would be interesting to drill out those rivets and see what's going on inside it.

I had to replace my throttle position sensor but when it happened to me i had no noise and just weird idling and going into limp mode
Having thos problem with my 5.3 replaced the throttle body 2 months ago for this same noise now its back
did you ever figure out what was the issue?
