People would laugh at me and say that I need to live a little and go to parties and get drunk with people. Honestly that doesn't seem fun to me at all and I'm made fun of just because I don't do that stuff. After seeing this video, it feels really good to be different from the rest of my class. I am now proud of who I am. Thank you for this video Boogie :)
One thing I've always found is that "The less you care about another persons lifestyle the happier you will be" What someone else's opinions, hobbies and beliefs are, they don't affect you in any way so why should you care? You shouldn't try to change another persons opinion because it doesn't matter in any way same as their hobbies etc. Like Boogie said you can try to understand them and enjoy them, but you should never lose respect for that person because of an opinon or hobby.

It is the other way around too . You have never been different so you do not know how hard it is . And yes young people " can't think for themselves " because they need someone to show them that being different is not wrong. However everyone has an opinion !
In school, im kinda average? Im not hated by anyone really, and i talk to anyone really. But I love PC Gaming! All types of games, from WoW to Call of Duty. Im also one of the only ppl on my island who Skateboard. ppl in my year go out on the weekends and get drunk, but i start playing games with my cousins and some friends, and i just cant pull myself away from the screen! I have never faced real bullying like you describe, but i do feel kinda like a reject for being different even tho im not.

The same thing could be said about idolized people. Has they themselves become more shallow and superficial and yet often more accepted. Just watch at a lot of those fake celebrities with their agenda of being perfect. They fail at it because they're simply what society want and lose their personalities.
