Jesse, this song is absolutely beautiful. I could not stop looking into your eyes and I felt every word and note. I’m always amazed by the music you and Kina create, individually and collectively. I can get lost in the music y’all create and so gracefully share with the world. I was first introduced to you in 2011 when you opened for Kina in San Francisco and I immediately fell in love with your music. The artistry you have with your music is so wonderful to witness. It warms my heart to know the two of you have each other. My heart has gone out to the both of you for quite some time and it continues to while you both navigate through these challenges. ❤️

Damn Jesse. I saw kina's post and came straight here. Thank you so much for being so vulnerable with a pain as great as this, it gives voice to similar pains so many others carry. What you both have gone through is possibly the worst thing anyone could go through, but like you said, you know it'll get better. Time heals, though it leaves scars, don't lose hope, there is still what's ahead. Take care you two.. Sending prayers and much love.

I have long since learned not to question the universal forces that have caused me to cross paths with both of you or anyone!
