👉 Ingredients:
350g of flour (2 + 1/3 cups), 1 tsp of Salt, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of dry yeast (4g), 2 tbsp of oil, 200ml of lukewarm water
👉 the stuffing
1 cup green onion, 120g of Feta cheese, 100g of grated Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese, 3 tbsp of parsley, 2 tbsp of chopped olives
1 tbsp of Butter, 1/4 tsp of Paprika for the gilding
