That is a big shelter, I have the smaller Eakimo and love it. Love the big windows on it to see outside. Looks sturdy, lot of doors and very spacious.

I haven't camped in my 949i. But you could get two cots in it!! Its roomy. Joe seemed to like the 650!! Thanks for coming over!!
What about the gap under the wall through door? Anything that goes there? Only issue I see with it unless I’m missing something
There a flap that blocks most of the wind. Not aware of anything else. I don’t notice any excess wind coming through

Does this fit in a 5.5ft truck beds or you have to put it in diagonally?
I would say diagonally. I’m 5’8”, and it a little taller than me.
Do you still like it compared to the double hub 850 xd?
I still love it. I’ve never owned the 850, but have seen them. I personally don’t like the doubles. The 650 is awesome.
Thinking about upgrading my 2 man
How’s this holding up after a year or so? Would you still recommend it?
I’m going to moose head in a couple weeks with about 6 guys do you then there would be enough room?
Holding up fine. No issues. Still love and recommend it. 6 hanging / sitting around would be fine. Doubt you could sleep 6. Prob could squeeze 4 cots at most.

I have a clam 2 man flip up but that wouldnt be enough for all of us and I’m sure the other 4 people going aren’t that prepared
The 650 is perfect for large groups. Heats well. Walk through door is worth the extra $ compared to similar models without
Hey just wondering what you heat your shelter with? I just ordered this shelter and am hoping my big buddy heater will handle it.
I heated it with a little buddy on a -25 morning. Took the chill off. Quite confident the big buddy will hear it fine
