What sensitivity do you use? I'm a beginning Kraber main myself and I'm wondering if I should keep a low baseline with other weapons like 800 dpi 2.5 in game, or something like what I used to use, which is 3200 dpi, 5.0 in game.
400 dpi 2.86 is my sens

Yeah, I’d recommend something similar to what the creator recommended.
However, I would say to use 800 or 1600 DPI as it gives higher resolution (I mean, there is more dots per inch so it makes sense) which will give you more control over your aim. It may be unnoticeable to the human eye, but I’d still say it’s worth it to consider. So, instead of 400 2.9, I’d use 800 1.45. Optimum Tech made a great video on this theory
