- My final mega man 11 cover is complete!
Original score by Marika Suzuki
Lyrics:
You’ve made it this far so
Congratulations
Tell the good doctor
Thanks for the upgrade
Taking on my designs
For your own gain
But the power you wield is
Mine to enable
You run on borrowed time
And I’m capable
Kneel before me
As I orchestrate
Death for humanity
Dear Thomas, it’s Albert
You act as my
Moral superior but
I’m not the coward
Who’s sending my
Sons to war!
One day you’ll see
When you stand face to face with me
But until then, no man or machine will be
Free from my fury
Genius waits for man or morals to strike
And just like your father, minds think alike
You can’t take the high road forever
Don’t you see
But the gears of my genius
Turning the tide and
You are the final
Gear left to grind
This is far from over
I won’t rest til they
Know who’s the better doctor
One day they’ll see
When you bow broken at my feet
But until then, no man or machine on this
Earth can defeat me!
0:35 Bass: (coughs)
Every robot master on megaman 2:*COugH
And 7 and 8 I think
What a way to finish this off.
God this is so good
found this by searching for remixes of this great theme. wasn't expecting lyrics! twas brilliant, good job
"I'm not the one sending my sons to war"
*nervously glances at the DWN robots* .......so did you make them or did you not, because if you did technically they're your sons
Wily sees the DWN series as more like his servants while you activily see Light referring to DLN-000 through DLN-002 as his sons/ daughter respectively
@@Davestar-fj7kp I guess I can see that part of Wily, but isn't Wily, in the Mega Man 11 beginning cutscene, one who also shares Light's belief of robot and human equality, and only challenges light to prove that he's right. I'm unsure if that makes him care for the robots, or if he sees the robots as a means to prove that the more powerful robots will show humanity how robots are equals.
@@Yes-vx2un it seems he uses the DWN series to prove himself as the better doctor but would probably treat them more like co-workers than his children
I think he mean that unlike Dr.Light he isn't just sending them to fight and then just sitting in his house/base and updating something he did nine times (rush) but is preparing him self to fight
@@Yes-vx2un Yes. He did HAVE that belief at one point in time. But the constant dismissals and interruptions from his closest friend had caused Wily to become heartless. He only shows care for robots if it benefits him in some way, like when he repaired and improved Proto Man but turned a harmless robot into an armed machine he then used to attempt to conquer the world. Or when he turned the Dr. Light Numbers in Mega Man 9 against their own creator in order to stage a police arrest of Dr. Light. As far as the DWNs. Of those he didn't steal. Mega Man 2, 3, 5, some 7, and some 8. He has never shown himself to have any love for them beyond using them to fight Mega Man and rebuilding them to keep them doing so.
Love this and the rest of your work
I love it aaaaaa!!!! Great job!
This video is amazing and shows that Wily is honestly an awesome villain. 0:30 is such a raw line. Matter of fact is, he’s right. He may sometimes send his own robots off to battle too (like many people have pointed out) but unlike Light, he doesn’t treat them like his children, and also unlike Light, he’s always ready to use his technology to fight for himself.
0:30
All DWN robots: 👁👄👁
“I’m not the one sending my Sons to war.”
Me, looking at SWN: 001: Sure Buddy.
LETS GOOO
Haha yes
0:30 when you think about this why everyone are caling him a coward when he begs for mercy? Because lets be honest when child looking robot would destroy your badass war machine or watever you would make you to would beg for mercy.
0:07 You got no right to talk buddy.
Dustman be like
Holy cow. That is so good, while lyrics would need more work it's really great.
And the instrumental is sooo good.
Out of curiosity, from where you got the instrumental? If you did it by yourself then great work.
Will we see instrumental soon?
I do all my own arrangements! The instrumentals are all on my second channel, Ryve Music
