Option 1: As of now submit the application and wait for your hallticket number to come in pending ods then contact jntuk helpdesk and explain the issue then they will give you the re upload option and no need to pay the amount again.

For getting memo from jntuk u need to take all proper xeroxes of all marksheets and proper details and take sign from your college principal and then visit jntuk they will give u with in 1 days if u visit jntuk at 11am mrg afternoon before 5pm they will give u memos
