I have not, but the Hornady, Lyman and Speer handloading manuals have sections on loading for a Ruger Blackhawk. That is a capable and powerful load! Give me a couple of weeks and I can do a video on a load. Thanks for watching!
Yes, I already load for several lever actions, including a Henry 44 magnum. One cannot load them any hotter than a revolver, but the longer barrel increases velocity. Thanks for watching!
Ooh a favorite!!
Mornin John!! ❤
Hi CW! I like being able to use small rifle primers!
Always appreciate your insight on all things reloading. Have a great day!

Holding on isn't a problem, it hurting my hand is! Thanks for watching!
I load Ruger only for my 7.5 Blackhawk 45. Curious do you load any 45 Ruger only ? Large pistol primers is my thought. Thanks John

Wow, just think about it: 65000 psi in the palm of your hand. 😮 Watch out bear. You might get lead poisoning. 😅 Thanks, John!
Not my handloads, I keep them a bit lower than that! Stay safe!
