The drunken fist style actually exist in Chinese Kung fu called "Zuì Quán" (Might Guy said "Sui-ken" which is actually the japanese translation or pronunciation of the technique) . But FYI, the technique don't actually involved drinking it's just that in movies and TV shows it shows it like this to look more dramatic and interesting. It's just an imitation of a drunken person for flexibility and fast unpredictable movements.
