      well, some hard to print objects are also fun and decorative, some times testing printers and filaments can be pleasant and useful at the same time ;)

    Entre a bambu e a flashforge 5m, Qual tu recomenda? Vale a pena a diferença de valor entre as duas impressoras?

    I find the included scraper blade that you print the handle for to be way too sharp for use on a PEI build plate, which you will soon want to use on your X1C. What I use is a smooth blade for an oscillating multitool. I don't use the tool itself, just the blade. There are different brands, but you'll find that the less expensive they are, the more work you'll need to do with a piece of sandpaper to get it just right. I wouldn't worry about the blades needing to be replaced as I've got nearly 3K hours on my P1S and haven't had to replace one yet (or the PTFE tubes.) I have my P1S running most of the time, and my wife has her two A1's and A1 mini running almost non-stop. You'll get the occasional rare print failure, but the most common problems are filament spools falling off the AMS Lite or the regular AMS getting mad about cardboard spools. I use cheap filament almost exclusively and when I get some Bambu, it's like a fancy steak dinner for me. My go-to brand is Eryone PETG, and frankly it produces great results at the cost of about $12 per spool. I hope you enjoy your Bambu Labs printer. I remember when I got my first one, and it was nothing short of reinventing the hobby for me.

      Hi, great news! I was already thinking about buying more blades in case I needed them, but then, I'll be calmer about it. I tried looking for the Eryone filament brand here, but I didn't find this one inb Brazil. One day, I would like to try your favorite brand. Here, my wife is starting to fall in love with the hobby. She's starting with the X1 Carbon. Yesterday, she made her first 3D print and was very happy. Ironically, she is "happy" to have printed a "sadness" from the movie Inside Out 😬 Have a great day! Thanks for your comment!

      @@InventorsGarage Eryone is Chinese like most of the bargain brands. A few years ago, that was a cautionary sign, but anymore I've had good luck with many of them including Sun Lu, R3D, even Kingroon. Since you don't get to keep the X1C, you might want to consider picking up an A1 mini or A1 before the June Bambu sale ends. The mini is only $200 alone, or $350 with the AMS Lite. Both types of A1 give you the Bambu experience although they are not as fast as the X1C and P1 series printers, but are half the price.

    Trust me, once you use the Bambu Lab, all the rest feel obsolete, especially changing the filament and the run out sensor.
    Enjoy, and please release a MFS for the Bambu Lab.

      @InventorsGarage Місяць тому +1

      I trust your words. This printer very impressive. I'm sorry, but I have no intention of creating an MFS for Bambu Lab. But, if you want, you can use the MFS design for K1 and K1C as a filament case and place it on your bench. To do this, add a plate to the bottom of the MFS to keep it closed. You won't be able to use the heat from the printer itself to dry the filaments, but you can add silica supports inside it. Thanks for your comment 🤗
