I agree with you. It is so good to see the English subtitles, so many channels so not do that, and they leave you wondering what exactly are they making, or using as in ingredients. All the food looks amazing...except sushimi, I dont eat raw fish.. I know some do, so thats up to them if they like it. The place is so clean too. And great portions...you wont go hungry here!

I think the biggest difference here between the cheap food I see from Japan and the cheap food I see here in America is the care taken in preparation and appearance. Even a 300 yen item is served with care and arranged to be pleasing to the eye. Here in the US our fast food options often look like they were scraped together from floor scraps.

I could watch them cook all day everyday, it's so mesmerizing and relaxing somehow. These look amazing and affordable. Where I am you pay like 800-1000 yen for 3 leaves of salad, 7 cubes of fake chicken and 10 croutons and maybe 4 cubes of some radioactive cheese.
I gained so much weights, by just watching this. Everything looked so delicious 🥰. I commend people who work in food.🫶 I would be to tempted to eat everything 🙈.
