The steam version allows you to rotate around the board. My frustration was in an online game, you cannot undo actions. Even if you haven’t completed your turn. I’ve moved mechs forgetting to take the workers with me and then it’s just too bad. That’s screwed me over a couple times. When playing vs AI you can undo such actions.
Oh cool they added a tutorial. I don't remember that being there when I bought it, which was when it was still in beta. I literally haven't run the app since then because I've never played the board game. I guess it's time to try again. Thanks for the review!
Love this app. Wife and I can play a game in an hour and a half. No way could we with the physical version. Numerous faction movement rules being enforced helps a lot.
I have played the Steam version of this game (and before that of course the original board game) with my friends. We found out that some of the excitement goes away when the game tells the exact point situation all the time. (Normally when playing the board game with 5 players it is really hard to see who is in the lead when everyone is doing well in the game. So you have to always thins twice before ending the game by taking the last "star".) We made a house rule that no one will look the score tab before the game is over. We used Discord to chat during the game. I still prefer playing with a real board but when you have do some social distancing it's better than nothing. 3/5 for the digital version and 5/5 for the real game.
This game needs and undo button. And I'm sorry Tom but the AI is not the brightest. Especially in the battle. It's too predictable. It always pay 1 or go all in. So it's very easy to trick it in loosing power

I bought the app to learn the game and try it out first before deciding to drop the whole price of a new game.
It would be really great if they added the rest of the expansions.
The Steam Version is pretty good, though I have not played against anything but AIs.

I will definitely get this.... as a matter of fact going now to the App Store. See ya 👋
Could you clarify, whether you can play with another player on the same gadget?

Lovely tie! And good video ;)
I'm just waiting for the expansions to arrive xD
I play on PC, and that version allows you to rotate the board.
Any chance of doing a Top 20 Board Games with 10/10 ratings?
He's done already. The video is called top100 games of all time. All of his 10/10 games on that list in order.
A My Little Scythe app would be great, as well.

Hi, my name is Erfan, How I can be sponsor of your videos?
Hi Tom. Are you ok? I worried, man. You look like you haven't slept in a week.
I was thinking the same thing

Leonardo Santoso it does have undo feature in upper right corner
Was going to respond as such. Definitely is an undo button there, which I've used frequently in learning the game.
@@cj1000 whoops didn't know that silly me I only played the steam version, and never saw an undo button
@@dav1dgear Definitely in the Steam version, because that's the version I play. It's quite well hidden though.
@@jokerES2 oh wow thx so muchhh didn't know about this
Needs more game footage and less Tom footage.
There's a whole playthrough on the channel, as he said. And a long rule explaining video too.
