what a great tip. My unit is only 5 years old and already I have 2 cracked floor tiles which the builder won't replace and I had to get a wall light put up outside as the down lightshade would fill with water everytime it rained. The builder couldn't give a toss. Sorry I can't buy from you but I'm in Oz. I have the pigments but haven't tried them yet as I have a very sore leg and am only comfy sitting with my leg up. Looking forward to seeing your home when it's finished, Ruth down under.

Great tip. I have to say that I have had no trouble with my Big Shot. It seems to cut like butter even intricate dies. Knock on wood that it stays that way. I can't imagine anyone finding reason to give you a thumbs down for any.of your videos. You always present a very pleasant persona . You are always happy, always smiling and are easy to listen to. I always enjoy your videos. Thank you.

Hi, Kelly! YEP, that’s me, “shying away some” from those really intricate dies~~~even tho’ I LOVE the results from them! (Just such a pain to “pick at the pieces”!! Haha). So this was a “saving reminder video” for me to MOVE THE PLATES/DIES TO GET BETTER PRESSURE n’ CUTS WITHOUT THE “PICKING OUT” HASSLE!! YAHOO!! (You know, we ALL need a “Duh, I knew that reminder”!! Well, I do! Haha!). So THANKS OODLES for this TERRIFIC video! LOVED the “Sprinkles Card/Silhouette tree” card, too! NOW I can order that die set and USE IT with a whole lot more confidence!! Going to check out the info on TECHNIQUES’ CLUB, too. However, I am a demonstrator (not for business like you but for savings for me) so it MAY not work~~~but WILL check it out! :-)).
