Salón Premier used to be excellent at cdmx. Now they have capitalized on the pandemic and offer a premium menu for an additional cost. Skip it and go for the centurion lounge, no extra charge and full, delicious meals.

Considering that there are 3 more airliners in Mexico, aeromexico is actually the best in every sense. I bet ! I´ve flown from Mexico City to Cancun and Mexico City to Puerto Vallarta in the Boeing 737-800 and 737-900 Max and I love these planes. Are the magnificent ones. Not only for short flies also to long distance flies. Like this one at the video. enjoy.

I would do one of those 60 second reviews on the AeroMexico E-190. The plane is very nice and clean and the service is very good. I’ve also been in the 787-9 from Madrid to Mexico City in class premier. Great food also but Mexican customs was packed. 😢

I flew Aeromexico from Chicago (ORD) to Mexico City (MEX) to Leon, Gto (BJX) in a 737 Max 8 and E190 the flight on both were excellent. I will say I flew Class Premier but the FA's and airline in general really do make sure you are taken care of regardless of seat category!

I really don't understand all this modern-day online drama and whining about flying this amount of time in a narrowbody. Back in the day there were 707s, DC-8s, VC-10s, etc...all narrowbodies and all capable of flying much longer segments than being touted about in videos like this. Europe to the U.S. West Coast on a SAS DC-8-62 anyone? Heck yeah. And how about the even narrower-fuselaged piston-engined propliners those early jets replaced. The longest range propliners were doing the same routes...nonstop. Nearly 20 hours over the pole? No problem.
    From Wikipedia:
September 29, 1957: A Trans World Airlines Lockheed L-1649A Starliner, the ultimate piston-engine airliner in terms of range and endurance, flew the inaugural 8,780 kilometres (5,456 mi; 4,741 nmi) Los Angeles to London-Heathrow polar route in 18 hours and 32 minutes.[46]
October 2, 1957: Trans World Airlines' L-1649A, set the record for the longest-duration, non-stop passenger flight aboard a piston-powered airliner on the inaugural London-Heathrow to San Francisco Flight 801 where the aircraft, having encountered strong headwinds, stayed aloft for 23 hours and 19 minutes covering 8,638 kilometres (5,367 mi; 4,664 nmi).[47][48]
October 3, 1957: Trans World Airlines broke their own longest flight record with the launch of TW850's non-stop flight from San Francisco to Paris-Orly[49][50][51] covering 9,001 kilometres (5,593 mi; 4,860 nmi) in a scheduled flight time of 19 hours, 45 minutes

I've actually flown Aeromexico's 737MAX 8 plane a few times but only flying back to Chicago from Mexico City while flying on their Clase Premier flights. The seats are better and service. But I still wish that Aeromexico would fly their 787 DreamLiners to Chicago. That way I would know what's it like flying on a 787 in business class and for us aviation enthusiasts and spotters in the Chicago area would like to see it landing and/or taking off from O'Hare
And I would also love to fly on their 737MAX 9s too

if you want a flight like this, just go from Washington D.C. ( IAD ) to San Francisco ( SFO ) on a 737-900/800, I was unlucky and didn't have any seat back screens.

That’s about 3 hours longer than I would ever want to spend on a 737

"Salon Premier" is a funny name to call a lounge that looks like a bus terminal

The lounge is not giving at all! The airport as a whole is built like a prison with little or no direct sunlight due to the style of the walls just little holes as you can also see in the lounge. I feel claustrophobia just seeing the lounge from this video.

I did that in January, but 6 hours in Europe (yea, it actually possible to fly 6 hours and still be in Europe). And i have flown the same route in a 737-700 prior. And well A321CEO as well as NEO and a 767-300
Well let me say this way... while 737 max 8 is better than the 737-700, the A321CEO is stil better, and the NEO still better than that..
And.. well nothing beats a wide body

@@heidirabenau511 The aircraft in the thumbnail has the smaller CFM56 engines unlike the max. Also it has then NG split winglets, not the ones on the max.

Nothing to do with manufacturer. Airline decides the seat pitch. 31" for a narrowbody is pretty good
