There should be a age cut off to join the Ques! Only 4 years after you have graduated. If you could have joined while you were in school and chose not to you should not be allowed to join period!!! If you are over the age of 30 and in school full time. You can apply for a waiver that would give you four years to graduate. You would have 1 year from your graduation day to join. By the age of 36 the Door to Omega Psi Phi Should be closed and you just missed the boat. You had from the age of 18 to 35 to join and you couldn’t figure it out, to bad. Try the Alphas, kappas or the sigmas but you can’t be a Que!! I’m tired of all these old bucket list AARP card holders wanting to be come a Que at the age 45,55,65,75 some Nursing Home. This is not what a probate of OPP inc is supposed to look like. I’m disappointed to stumble across such a catastrophe. I would rather they acted their age and just showed up in suits and sited the information. If you have a child that is old enough to be or is an Omega Before you………that should be automatically a disqualification for membership. This was disappointing to watch.
THIS IS WHY WE HAVE GRADUATE CHAPTERS! LIFE HAPPENS .... everyone is not able to pledge while in college.... some people may not be able to afford it...... some people want to focus on their studies and Many may have children and have to go to work right after graduating from college.... Unless you are apart the D9, THEN you wouldn't understand. Have a good day!!
Nobody wanted this guy 😂 not even at grad level . Being apart of a fraternity is about community service and build up your community. Your never to old to be beacon of light for others.

The Q’s in my school had the best ceremonies and stepping. I dated the Dean of pledges and was a Kappa Sweetheart at the same time lol.
