Pretty sure his aerials kill around 600-ish percent, unless aerial side-b (which technically is different than grounded side-b, it's slightly worse) and aerial up-b (again, slightly worse than grounded) are allowed, he'd be lucky to take a stock against little timmy who's never even seen a video game before
