To be truthful l, the initial cops who interviewed Bortlen in the hospital boshed up the investigation. They failed to ask him who was in the car during the drive-by. To be truthful l, the initial cops who interviewed Bortlen in the hospital boshed up the investigation. They failed to ask him who was in the car during the drive-by. I think he would of told them in the initial Interrogation. Now he knows that that is Melly's main defense. He will not answer. These cop investigators did a terrible job at Interrogation. Well they would have had to get into the car into the passage seat in the back. Shot only 2 of people in car. Get back out of the car into their own car, wait until the 2 were dead. Shoot up the car in the side but miss the 2 people still in the car alive but hit the two killed and then drive off. All while the 2 people alive in the car had no idea who they were lol and did nothing like stopping them at any point.
