Summary : If the file system was NTFS when you press format, this time choose partion scheme as GPT,
If it was FAT32 when you press format, this time choose partition scheme as MBR

For those who cant install windows 10 and have old window 7 disk , try that one.
For me win 10 was not installing but win 7 installed. At least this saved my data.
