those are gonna be perfect for making attack helicopters, fighter jets and such. I just hope the viewing scope will be something compact, not a full-size screen
The viewing scope is probably going to function in away that requires that you scope in to view the display. Kind of like a tank gunners optical sight.
Oh and my 2 cents is For the first one it seems like a screen like the goggles at the base of a para scope that you click and it makes it your full screen And For the second one it seems like a seat that you can send video to and if you want to turn the video off or on you turn on or off the video from the source or with a video switch in a micro controller
@@cypher1o1 Ohhh thats a good interpretation! So it is not a screen, but a toggle-able "screen mode"! And that is a good point, you can use a video feed button to toggle the feed on and off
I hope they figure something out so the physics doesnt use only one thread of the cpu, I love playing with large creations and with AI on, but after a while the game slows down a lot.
with the helmet overlay, you could have an IR camera that follows your view and gives you a night vision overlay, even with zoom, just like some aircraft IRL
trying my best not to look like the hugest nerd to ever live but keels are built to have high drag in the water and without a keel a sailing ship would most likely drift MILES off course before capsizing. But if a ship is large enough it wouldn't need a keel but just a little ballast in the bottom of the hull so it makes me think how geometa will be implementing things and how it could or could not effect tons of vehicles on the workshop.
Now we just need them to actually make the engines contained in a room Quieter and make COOP Build areas. The new ERA update was just a bummer Modding is not for all so you call it a new era for a single group for this game instead of taking all groups into consideration what are you doing developers.
Nice that the devs are finally giving us all the things that have been wanted for a looooooooooooong time.
Super Stoked about the full screen and Helmet Hud And Merry Christmas

They probably just copypasted that feature from CC2, where basically all screens work like that
Merry Christmas 454SS love your builds and videos

@@454ss_gaming :)))) i was the one who asked if u could make it so the ballast tanks had an automatic mode for neutral bouyancy!
the real question is are they going to fix the netcode
This this would be nice
We don’t talk about that here
No.

Let’s go. Thank god the devs listen to us.
I can imagine viewing scopes being incredibly useful when combined with IR cameras for operating at night.
Having a higher res screen would be so nice for landing scout drones and controlling ROVs, among other things

All though good video mate!
Toggling the HMD i guess would involve a simple video switchbox
yay

That is a great point about the keel and how it affects the boat! It is going to be interesting to see how it is all implemented!
Uuuu I'd love to build sailboats
I know it’s probably not possible, but I would love if it came to consoles.
Wish I could play once they come out 😢 (love the videos btw!)
Nice! Stormworks devs have got to be some of the most competent developers! 😁🤤
I hope someone makes an IMOCA
