Should the SHOW LAST Chance U be FOOTBALL OR BASEKTBALL from here on out?
Straight football
@@jr4life2008 facts the basketball just ain’t the same
Football
Football
The basketball season was actually fire the coach was probably the most likeable out of all of them but I think the show suits itself better for football
To me, Malik always seemed like someone who was forced to play football. He never really loved it, IMO. He looked like he would've been happier playing baseball tbh
That does make a lot of sense
Ya I could tell some was editing but he definitely didn’t seem like he wanted to play football or be in nfl. Seemed like it was all his family pressure. So he was self sabotaging to make it not happen.
i felt the same way ppl say he couldve gon pro in baseball. Although malik is a good qb1, the fact that he was just forced and the fact he dont like the game in general proly holds him back from his full potential
And the funny things those type of guys have the talent
Agreed. Ever since I saw that Last Chance U epispde where his father basically said "since you live in my house, you don't get to decide for yourself how to live your life because you have this talent", I instantly resented his father for that...and I would be shocked if Malik didn't have feelings of resentment as well.
His love was baseball and they were forcing him to play football.
It was almost a curse that he was such a gifted quarterback.
Do what you love.
His dad was such a chooch.. his pops wasn't around his whole life then once he got In spotlight here comes his dad
That's why he's so angry all the time he never got to vent to his dad about leaving.
Bobby Boucher complex. Gonna be on that ESPN!
When I saw the scene in Last Chance U, eating with his father and his father having a conversation about what he should eat and how much weight he should gain, I realized the issues.
And his dad is the biggest...
They did him wrong
His dad only came back into his life when he was on the up. Says it all
I felt that whole time the weird dynamic of the relationship with dad was very telling. It's like dad was living his dream thru Malik's talent...even on signing day he didn't look happy. Like dad forced football on him
His dad was a deadbeat who only reconnected with him after walking out when Malik was a child when he was recognized as a top athlete. He saw a meal ticket
Malik Henry was the Jeff George of College football. 🏈
Football! Football makes for better tv! More drama and more exciting sport.
What the fuk
I think Malik had behavioural issues which coaches and parents covered up but you can only do that for so long
Espacially his dad
He’s a baseball guy, not basketball. He was a pitcher in baseball and his dad was the one pushing into football. He didn’t want to play football
They should definitely do football again.
Back to football. Involves more players with a hell of lot more drama and excitement.
THEY NEED TO CONTINUE WITH LAST CHANCE U FOOTBALL
They should in theory yes, but the problem is that with the transfer portal in major college football now, it’s killing the JUCO teams. JUCO football will pretty much be obsolete now. Because they won’t be able to get any players that are worth anything because major college teams can just get dudes from the portal. ☹️
Last chance U should have stayed football
I agree with you Nate!
@@nmdsports hell nah that basketball season was AMAZING i put it above coach browns season
@@isthatronfr yeah second season
anyone who watched the show would not come anywhere close to this clown. only clown bigger was the coach. both should be emarrassed on how they act and conduct themselves.
I watched Last Chance U. The one thing he did which ended his time at ICC was walking away from the stadium after the coach pulled him out of the game for throwing too many picks
He is in the CFL for the Edmonton Elks training camp. The CFL season starts on June 9th on CBCS SN and on CFL+ for free
They should do both but honestly the football was more entertaining
I'ma football dude All day, however, the basketball was just as intriguing..,.I like Both!!!!!
This dude had the biggest chip and his off the field demons and not really wanting to be there made him lash out
Would you want to be there by force.
They should go back to football. I wouldn’t mind seeing baseball but I don’t know if there are those kind of Uni’s around for baseball to make it worthwhile?
Boy said it would be come a patteran 😂😂😂
I caught it while uploading and said ill just take the L haha
@@nmdsports playas fuck up lol
Talk about Jakia Thompson and Chandler Byron! Monroe Purple Hurricanes. Monroe Georgia. They were called Thunder and lightning ⚡️! Took the team a long way with the best defense ever on paper 📄 and offense suburb! I mean 😢 they were awesome 😎
football for Sure
He didn’t want to really play football. So he self sabotaged to get out of it. It was his dad who wanted it.
It would be cool to see him try out for the XFL
Yeah because your missing the comments where he flies t want to play football
Football for sure
It needs to go back and forth football one season and basketball the other.
Coach brown was toxic, bipolar and ruin a few of these kids lifes I'm sure of it.....
I hear like stories like that a lot
That's facts especially his star wr. Because Brown shitted on him it resulted in his only offer getting pulled
LCU should go back to football or just make and gave two versions.
That’s a dope idea. I’d watch both but rather FOOTBALL
Ya he had a bad attitude and his skill didn't outweigh the drama. I was rooting for him. He should have done what he wanted
Bro was in FSU partying to crazy with the Pikes
Me going into Last Chance U: “I wonder why I haven’t heard from Malik Henry. I wonder why he didn’t work out in football. 🤔”
Me after the first two episodes: “Oh I get it now.”
Football all the way!!
Malik is a solid dude
Maybe Netflix is gonna do both...basketball and football.
At indy malik was right stuff seemed unorganized at times and it hurt the team the hc was making moves on whim losing his cool constantly idk if the edits did the team justice but from an outside looking in that's what it looked like
Why can’t they do both like at the same time football and basketball same school, makes for longer seasons
His pops forced him to play football
I didn't see the pattern. I saw life.most talented young men are a bit arrogant and ego driven its simply often a pick N chose..some get away with it.some don't
Feel sorry for him with a dad like that
I had a tryout for the fighters
it should show both tbh
They should do east la basketball again and another season of a different jco in another state for basketball then go back to football we already saw 3 football teams.
Last U should do all sports to me don’t get me wrong I like the football and basketball but let’s looks at the ins and out of the kids playing in other sports
Dude didn't have that "dawg" in him.
I think they should do both.
I agree they can do both but the football would be more entertaining and more interesting stories in my opinion
Definitely football Last Chance U
Dude could have been one of the ones. Just a natural playing the position smh
Football
It should do football and basketball of course the basketball one was fucking lit thou. Season five of last chance u football was soo bad. 1-4 were amazing thou
Football !!!
Malik- I hate cameras
I keep noticing a patterin in this video🙄
Why not do shows on football and basketball?
patterin?
Is it just a coincidence he never seems to last a season at any place he goes to? They say it’s just immaturity but it’s the same immaturity every hs and college football player has. Problem is he has had everybody making excuses for his behavior until they got tired of it. You got to be willing to help yourself at some point and stop taking handouts
Not joking or anything, I’m genuinely curious to why you say “pattern” like that? Where that vernacular originated?
I’m from Arkansas and have always have talked like that. I’ve never really thought about it
Yes, you throwing a whole other syllable in there
Spoiled perhaps...parents make lots excuses for him maybe...entitled much?
I pray he does well.
I think the IFL is a huge step up for him? Your high right? Let’s see started out a a QB breeding ground in high school, went to a premier division one school at FSU. From there went to CC in Kansas no less and is now in the IFL. Yeah I can see that as a similar career path to Patrick Mahomes lol😅
Dad ruined that kid
Back to football
Please stop saying “Patteren” the word is PATTERN
Swear I just posted this in question format. Where they say it like that at? Shit was bothering me bad
It starts with the parents.
How about Golf!!!
Malik dad failed him to me lol you told him that he was gone play football he never had the choice of baseball
He went to the same University Colin Kaepernick played at Nevada like Colin Kaepernick played baseball he was better with that in my opinion
Definately football.
Why not both sports and throw in baseball?
The prophecies of the Bible are coming true no lie research it.
Y’all gotta do something on Hagen Smith from K-Park highschool, kid is crazy talented and he’s a lineman
FOOTBALL
Patterin????
Football 4 sho
This dudes dad not allowing the guy to mature. He need to stand on his own two
Prob should’ve stayed in Cali
4:22 I'm sorry but "appaterant" is just so funny to me
Why can't they do both
A pat-er-ren?
His dad messed him up
I'm need you to say this with me...PAT..TERN, again PAT TERN not patterin.
Nah
I think he thought he had im better than syndrome and he had a poisonous personality and its a shame he has so much talent,I just hope he makes the right choices so that he can be happy.
Football works better. Season shorter so better fit
Football. Or an entirely new sport
his pops fuck up his chance
Last chance u should definitely go back to football
Last chance u should go back to football 💯
You mean a dude who wasn't making his own major life decisions was immature? Lol tbh he came off like a dick. Everyone saw the same thing, he was selfish, uninterested, acted like he was better than everyone and made it really easily to dislike him.. Why can't they just do 2 shows? They're obviously successful, just make 2 seperate shows. They don't have to have anything to do with one another. Also.. "PAT-EARN" Hahah, I'm just playin, good video.
Terrible teammate, but also why #fsu got rid of #malikhenry, they used "team rules" as the reason, but it was bc anywhere he played none of his teammates want to play with him
He was crying too much on that show
I don't trust Malik's dad or your unnuanced description of him. Seems he saw Malik as his meal ticket after abandoning him. Was very present in Last Chance
U
Never liked him, way too arrogant
You’re pronouncing “Nevada” wrongly, a common mistake by non-Nevadans.
The “a” after “v” is pronounced like the “a” in “hat.”
Not like the “a” in “father.”
Lol another attitude throwing away his chance
“It would become a patter-in.”
Thank god #malikhenry never made it and keeps bouncing around bc he's a terrible teammate
One more season of BBall and then back to football
Definitely go back to football America's sport
What a waste. Dude could of been great
This shit was TERRIBLE
Thank you 😃
go back to football
Go back to football
