No. Now Smith will appeal and win the appeal, and Cannon will be removed from the case (maybe even impeached for her misconduct). Then the American people can get a judge who will rule on this case fairly, based solely on the evidence and the law.
As for SCOTUS. Once Biden wins in November, and Thomas and Alito will retire (or are impeached), the dems will appoint two new Justices and have the majority again. Cutting off Trump's biased safety net.

I've read all 93 pages. From what I can see, there was a Congressional ruling that allowed the AG to "create" a position of special councel that could be filled by a non approved individual, whether legally qualified or not. Remember any approved legal personnel have been approved by the President and the Senate. Jack Smith does not fall into that category. That rule was allowed to expire and had not been renewed, and that method of appointment has now fallen foul of the law.
