There is only Now. If you haven't been paying attention, that is his main teaching, so calm down because NOW he is very much alive and you are listening to a story in your head about an imaginary future which will never be as you delude yourself into thinking.

Fascinating that we can now connect science with the spiritual I like where this is going .
True. These two words, science and spirituality are coined by human mind therefore seemed to be opposing each other. Whereas in reality both are one and same thing. Little has been discovered by humans and lot more is waiting in wonder to be discovered.
In my mid 30s, I received a random "download" to this effect and, as a formally uneducated person, referred to this understanding as the place where Astro & Quantum Physics and Magic meet. I love the words you choose to describe the union here and would be very interested in joining you. How would I do that, Aaron?

Thank you for introducing Lothar Schafer! I am very excited, as I have a deep interest in Science/Religion via Quantum Physics. Years ago (1996-2003) I was a student at Tulane University. One year the university granted permission to have a class called Science and Religion on an undergraduate level. I was, at the time a Pre-Law major; and, when I saw this class listed for the coming semester I couldn't help myself! The professor was commuting from Harvard to teach this class - adding even more greatness to the expectations I had for the class. To make a long story short, we had 8 textbooks that were required for this class. There were 32 students signed up for this class at the beginning of the semester. By the 3rd class, there were 15 students remaining. Due to the controversy (or perceived controversy) regarding a class where Science and Religion are one, I believe that was the only time that this class was offered at Tulane. What I recall most is that when the class ended, it was obvious that my perception of the world around me; and, my self-identification evolved/changed forever through this experience. I can't wait to read Lothar Schafer's new book!
I struggle with this new awakening in me,sometimes my "ego" is a monster,,more so now I'm aware of it and can observe it.But it's a struggle I will not give up on.Thank you Eckhart

We are human and so have egos.. We just need to put them aside more or in the back seat where they belong :)
You in a personal context don't have an ego, that is the purported ego. YOU are Now or you have no existence at all. There is no entering the Now, living more in the Now, etc. Now is already Now and never has been or will be otherwise. Now is not a was or a will, Now is that which is! Now is what You are.
Well, good! If you can observe it, you are apart from it. Which means you are not your ego, so only if you let your attention slip and inadvertantly identify with it suffering(i.e. struggle) can arise. In that regard suffering if good, as it it an important indicator that you have misidentified. If used in this way suffering will become your best friend as helps you to become conscious. 😘

How could you not love Eckart Tolle. I woke this morning with a little bit of anxiety - I watch Eckart Tolle on You Tube and that anxiety has now eased.
The universal intelligence "the cosmos" is both inside of us as well as outside. It is this cosmic energy that created all that we see in this physical realm. The cosmic energy that is within us makes us co-creators and so we create through our subconscious minds. When we have a thought it becomes energy and goes into the cosmos, expands and becomes patterns. Then cosmic forces in the cosmos turns these patterns into forms or manifestations. This is how we create reality. The same cosmic enery/intelligence that is within us is the same energy that exists in the cosmos. We are the cosmos and the cosmos is us...Jamaican Soul Teacher🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲

Thank you for this talk. I'm a person who "discovered" (through prayerful meditation) that everything is made of this beautiful energetic consciousness. My feelings about this became stronger after an overwhelming experience, which felt like great waves of love washing over me. I was moved to study in order to share this with others -- literally, I felt my cup was running over. As time went by, I found Eckhart Tolle and others, I read about the saints, became a Reiki master, studied a form of T'ai Chi, then yoga and Qi Kung -- the message is the same whether from the East or the West. All form is manifested energy, which in my limited human terminology, I can describe as loving consciousness. In my meditation, as I look deeper into matter and it's manifested particles, deeply into the atoms, I come to a point at which there appears to be spaciousness -- it seems impossible, but it looks like nothingness. It is the great something from which we are all made and which connects us all! Blessings to you!
It's great to see this video appear on my YT feed, the reason being that I was in the audience in that lovely little theatre in Mill Valley in February, 2014. I had traveled all the way from Toronto Canada to see Eckhart and Kim. This conversation with Lothar Schafer was a highlight.
Having an extremely high EQ is far greater accomplishment than IQ in this lifetime...
EQ is the level of your ability to understand other people fully, what motivates them and how to work cooperatively with them on all levels..
Without E.T. I would be suffering. I'm very certain Jon Zen got me going 20 years back though with cassette audio I got a hold of. A taste of, Wherever You Go There You Are.... EQ is king, as to point back to your statement.
The more you feel good, the more you understand... it's higher awareness to feel good... and it's very good for you...

I came to the same conclusion that our intent and thoughts "ride" the plank "grid" and interact, manifest from this connectedness with the Source. And thats how we shape the world, collectively and individually. Seems we have a lot to do, a lot of intents to re-consider....What brings joy here is that it all coming together, plus others like Sadghuru, Joe Dispenza, gary Zukav,...and many more that spirituality, invisible realm is the fondamental of our existence. In this crazy time, it is really really a nicer horizon to walk to. One love

I will become the Universe again. My goal is to be pure consciousness and follow no more decisions from thought/ego, but intuition instead in every breath. I'm just having ego problems/negative mind traps lowering my vibrations lately with downward decisions that I need to overcome. 👁

Most highly enlightened individuals do. It comes from understanding all the parts that make up the whole and how they relate and interact. You can find the wisdom and therefore elicit the humor

Wow, this coming together of Tolle and Schäfer is priceless! It was wonderful to watch this.
I remember the moment I discovered quantum physics as a teenager. I felt I missed out so much in years before that moment especially since I knew I did not stand appart from anything since I was a child. Science touches upon that in quantum physics and chaos theory..This strange purely materialist nature of science is so outdated. We have to move towards methods of research which will take the interconnected nature of life into equation. It is unforgivable that human beings are going through life thinking they stand appart from the universe and are reduced to an illusion of the exclusiveness of solid state. It is trained in schools, that is the sad part.I will be happy to at least be able to pass some knowledge onto my children (if they will), as I hope all parents will be able to do some day. Human kind needs to wake up, we have to evolve to continue our existance in this form.

I appriciate listening to Lothar Schafer and it is a great step Echkart and Lothar take towards each other, I do hope that quantum physics and conscious awarenes will be taught in the schools already beginning in the small grades. Primary schools are the breeding nests for future generations and their way of living in a very complex world. Now climatechanges are our common challenge, we need to develop good, caring people all over the world. Being consumers we wount save our nature as it is right now providing us with food. The nature will always be here. But we will not, if we do not let sciense and spirituality work together🌍🌎🌏

Sadly Professor Schafer passed away on March this year according to the University of Arkansas site. He was 80. I didn't know him or his work until watching this video which is apparently from 2014. It's kind of shocking seeing and listening to him and then find out that he's gone. Or rather, he's returned to the Unmanifested .

As someone who studied science primarily in the field of biology, i really appreciate this nice explanation of quantum physics. I think it would be very helpful for people to be taught physical science, quantum physics and to be taught 'spirituality'/'zen buddhism'/meditation at school (i feel it might be harder to get taught if you call it 'spirituality' or 'zen buddhism' than if you call it 'meditation', isn't that odd?). Through my understanding of ecology, chemistry and biochemistry, many of the teachings of buddhism (i should write zen buddhism as nothing about deities has informed me) that teach interconnectedness immediately jumped out at me.... just as this quantum physics book jumped out at eckhart. Based on this experience, perhaps lothar should take care to be too critical of physical science. But i suppose he is a bit defensive as he probably experienced excessive and possibly unfair criticism from ppl who could not understand quantum physics. Sorry for that lothar!

When you are spiritual you can achieve anything you want. You’re connected to the Quantum, Unified Field, Infinite Intelligence. Fame wealth success health and love come much easier. You don’t have to push and fight to get what you want. That’s disconnection from the Quantum Field and you can get what you want but with much struggle and illness by the end too.
Struggle is a man made concept that only exists in the Mind. Nothing struggles in the real reality, the quantum realm. There are trillions of elementary particles that make up your body and not 1 of them struggles to function. Energy always seeks the path of least resistance and never struggles to do so. When you choose to observe an object, you don’t struggle at all to collapse the wave function or wave of probability into one of actuality aka condensed matter so you can perceive it and experience it with you’re 5 primary senses. I’ve been collapsing energy in the form of money and have experienced material wealth ever since I learned this 10 years ago and anybody can do the same. We all have domain over the quantum world!

When you are spiritual you don't achieve anything because you don't want anything. What more could be added to the peace and awareness of your infinite nature? Only the ego thinks spirituality is a hack to get fame, wealth, etc. The enlightened do not care to trade gold for cheap tinsel.
